ATD Connecticut’s Internal Learning Leaders community brings together professionals who want to strengthen their practice, expand their network, and stay connected to the evolving field of learning and development, talent management, etc. Grounded in ATD’s commitment to content, community, and capability, Internal Learning Leaders offers meaningful conversation, peer connection, and practical growth. Whether you lead an L&D team, design learning programs, facilitate training, support organizational development, or lead a learning-focused role, you are welcome here.

Advancing Learning from Within

What it is: An ATD Connecticut community for Internal L&D and talent development pros to connect, grow, and strengthen their skills together.

Why it’s more than a group: It’s both a Special Interest Group (for networking and exchanging ideas) and a Community of Practice (for solving real workplace challenges and sharing experiences over time). 

What to expect: Virtual meetups every other month (typically Mondays or Fridays from 9-10 AM), peer-led discussions, and a chance to swap best practices and build relationships with people across different industries.
